I am excited to announce that Robert Honstein was awarded a commission by the Fromm Music Foundation. In 2026, Rob will be composing a percussion quartet with the Colin Currie Quartet in the UK.

Also, congrats to Marti Epstein! She is such an important Boston composer, was featured on Jihye Chang’s Boston Etudes Album, and my saxophone quartet has performed her Bluff.
